I am a digital media professional that has been teaching for the last 4.5 years. I am presently in the process of updating my outdated portfolio and increasing my development skills in the area of PHP, XML, Flash Actionscripting, etc in order to re-enter industry.

I am taking the Applied Web Development program at BCIT which leads to an Associate Certificate in this area. It is offered as a Part-Time program with courses offered at both the Burnaby and Downtown Campus.

This site will provide information about myself and track assigments for COMP 1950.

My Course Goals for COMP1950 are:

Web portfolio development
Update & increase present web skills & knowledge
Increase competency & efficiency with CSS style & layout
CSS & crossbrowser issues - box hack model etc...
relative & absolute positioning & crossbrowser issues
AJAX crossbrowser issues
lineheight - cross browser issues
getting nested divisions content to push div height.
